    How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks ahead, especially for weekends and public holidays. Popular dates fill up fast, so the earlier you book, the better!

    Do you deliver the machine?

    Yes! We offer delivery across Sunninghill, Kyalami, Waterfall, and surrounding Gauteng areas. Our Premium Event Package includes free local delivery. Standard package customers can add delivery as an extra.

    Is the machine easy to use?

    Absolutely. It's plug-and-play. We include a clear user manual with every rental and you're welcome to contact us if you need help. Most customers are popping within minutes.

    What's included in the rental?

    Every rental includes the popcorn machine, initial popcorn supplies, serving bags, a user manual, and cleaning instructions. Check our Packages page for full details on what each package includes.

    How do I pay?

    We accept online card payments (Visa/Mastercard) and EFT bank transfers. Once your booking is approved, you'll receive payment instructions. Payment must be received to confirm your booking.

    What happens if the machine is damaged?

    We include a refundable damage deposit with certain packages. Normal wear and tear is expected, but significant damage or negligence may result in the deposit being retained. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

    Can I book for multiple days?

    Yes! Contact us for multi-day rental pricing. We offer discounted rates for extended bookings.

    What if I need to cancel?

    Cancellations made more than 7 days before your event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.

    Do you provide popcorn refills during the event?

    The initial supply included in your package is generous. If you'd like extra, you can add additional popcorn supplies when booking, or contact us to arrange more.

    Is the machine suitable for outdoor events?

    Yes, the machine works indoors and outdoors. For outdoor events, we recommend a covered area or gazebo to protect the machine from wind and weather.

    How do I return the machine?

    You can drop it off at our collection point or we can collect it (included in the Premium package, or available as an add-on). We send return instructions after your event.

    Do you cater for corporate events?

    Absolutely! We work with corporates, brands, and event planners regularly. Contact us for custom quotes for large events or activations.
